Stem Cell Therapy for Anti Aging

by Phillips Clinic on 07/12/19

Aging is a natural, complex process; the long term effect of genetics, environmental elements plus and normal wear and tear.

Eventually these various elements of aging take their toll in different ways. This consequence of living can result in deteriorating health.

Over time, the cells become damaged and die. Dead cells are replaced, but too slowly to keep up with replacement demands.

Signs of aging begin to appear. Health issues like decreased energy, hearing and vision changes, loss of muscle strength and bone mass; impaired immunity.

If aging in cells can be       prevented, slowed down, or even reversed, many diseases could be controlled or cured.

Regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy are being considered to be providing solutions. Treatments replenish the body with a fresh supply of   concentrated stem cells to allow the body to repair and regenerate all     organs, including skin.

Since stem cells are the building blocks of our bodies, they have the ability to change, evolve, duplicate, and adapt into other types of cells, enhancing  repair, spurring regeneration..

Stem cells scout out deteriorating or damaged areas and then change into the specific form of cell required to help heal.

Stem cell therapies are the ultimate anti-aging treatment. Stem cells       replace, regrow, repair and rejuvenate on a cellular level .

energy and resolve age-related  damage.

Anti-aging therapy improves the overall health, sTrength, and  function of organs and cells, making them younger and stronger.

Research has resulted in impressive results in all age groups, regardless of gender and race.

Stem cell anti-aging therapy is the most advanced approach available for slowing, and even    reversing, the aging process.

Stem cell therapy     encourages new healthy cell growth. Plus helps strengthen the remaining cells so they last longer.

Benefits of stem cell therapy can include:

· Reduced fatigue and tiredness

· Improved energy, stamina, and vitality

· Relief from aches, pains, and stiffness in joints

· Healthy weight maintenance

· Greater muscle strength

· Motivation to be active, exercise

· Improved mood, happier outlook

Many studies and human trials have shown that stem cell therapy can reverse symptoms of age-related deterioration in a safe and effective manner.

Stem cell therapy provides a cellular re-infusion of new cells to repair, replace keep them healthier, longer.

STEM CELL THERAPY FOR SHOULDERS

by Phillips Clinic on 06/22/19

Stem Cell Therapy and it’s companion Platelet Rich plasma (PRP) are much in the spotlight.

Information from research and application has proven that stem cell and PRP therapy can be beneficial for many patients with joint pain, ligament and tendon damage, and back injuries.

Stem cell therapy has been utilized for shoulder injuries and shoulder pain, and may in the future replace he need for invasive shoulder surgery.

The shoulder joint — one of the most powerful joints in the body —I used for a multiple of functions.

· Combing your hair

· Brushing your teeth

· Lifting a glass to your mouth to drink, or a fork to your mouth to eat

· Driving a car

· Moving your arms

· Playing nearly every sport, from football, to baseball to tennis

What conditions & injuries can be helped by stem cell therapy and/or PRP?

Rotator Cuff Tears

Many times, rotator cuff tears are the result of daily wear and teas. A tear can also happen during a fall or if   trying to lift something heavy.      Treatment currently can include   medication, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery.

 Tendonitis

Shoulder tendonitis is common, and a      frequent cause of shoulder pain and stiffness. Tendonitis causes swelling and       inflammation of a tendon that attaches to the bone

Swelling and inflammation can be causes by repetitive use, overuse, overhead lifting, heavy lifting, a fall or direct injury to the shoulder.

Bursitis a painful condition that affects the small, fluid-filled sacs — called bursa — that cushion the bones, tendons and muscles near your shoulder (and other joints).

inflamed. The most common causes of bursitis are repetitive motions or positions that put pressure on the bursa around a joint.

PRP and Stem Cell Therapy can offer an alternative to help repair shoulder conditions and in juries, to avoid the complications of many medications or surgery.

STEM CELL THERAPIES FOR KNEES

by Phillips Clinic on 04/28/19

JOINT PAIN
A high percentage of Americans suffer from chronic pain arising within their joints-- knees, hips, and shoulders and back. According to the Health Daily New, approximately 46 million US adults experience this kind of pain at any given point in their lives, and up to one-third of are limited in their daily activities as a result. Joint stress, strain and injuries increase with age.

What began decades ago as experimental treatments for  injured athletes, regenerative therapies such as PRP and Stem Cell, have proven to help to repair tissue/bone damage and relieve pain in many cases, without surgery.
KNEE CONDITIONS
REGENERATIVE THERAPIES CAN HELP
Cartilage Tears
The meniscus is a very important “shock absorber” of the knee. It is wedge shaped and made up of fibrocartilage.
Most of our body weight  is       distributed through the meniscus as we walk, run, and jump.
The meniscus protects the cartilage of the joint from wearing out
The meniscus adds to the stability of the knee joint.
The meniscus helps nourish the joint cartilage that covers the bones in the joint.

Ligament Injuries
A ligament injury to the knee causes damage to one of the major supporting ligaments.
A minor injury can be simple stretching of the ligament resulting in slight inflammation.
A severe injury can be a rupture of the knee.
The ligaments are essential to correct knee function. The ligaments stabilize the knee preventing abnormal and prevent abnormal movement.

Osteoarthritis
The bones of the knee joint like all other joints in the body are covered by hyaline cartilage. Hyaline Cartilage provides smooth surfaces, enabling tissues to move/slide easily over each other, allowing smooth movements

of the joints. It is also provides flexibility and support.

When this cartilage gets damaged, by trauma, infection, or just long-term wear and tear, it results in osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is simply the result of the cartilage surface wearing out

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE: STEM CELL & PRP THERAPIES

by Phillips Clinic on 04/07/19

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Regenerative Medicine. which includes Stem Cell Therapy and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy is “supercharged healing”. It’s harnessing and concentrating the body’s own naturally occurring components and unleashing them to repair, renew and  replace damaged or injured cells, organs, muscle, nerve and bone.

WHAT’S STEM CELL THERAPY
Stem cells can develop into cardiac muscle, as well as liver, brain, nerve, pancreas  arteries, kidneys, lungs, GI fat and skin tissue. Stem cells can help ameliorate autoimmune disease. Preventive use in younger patients, injections once or twice a year, can help maintain optimum quality of life as aging occurs. Our body’s stem cells have the   potential to heal damaged tissue, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bone while decreasing downtime and avoiding painful rehab. Studies worldwide have shown encouraging results. Stem cells are being used to treat:
Heart Muscle Damage from Heart Attacks
Cerebral Palsy
Brain Hemorrhage and Stroke
Spinal Cord Injury
Autism
Parkinsons
Motor Disease
Muscular Dystrophy
Liver Diseases Huntington's Disease
Chronic Kidney Diseases
Multiple Sclerosis
Orthopedic Injuries
